Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within  1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is  5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday).

• Orders placed before  5:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. 
• Orders placed after  5:00 PM EST  will be processed on the next business day.

Glowrify Beauty  currently ships within the  United States. If you are located outside the United States, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 4–8 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other external factors.

Total delivery time = Processing time (1-2 days) + Shipping time (4-8 days).

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Carriers

We partner with major shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, 
to deliver your order. The specific carrier used may vary depending on 
your location and the fulfillment center processing your order.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer  Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking information within  5 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Glowrify Beauty  is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe:

1. Check the tracking information provided.
2. Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
3. If further assistance is needed, contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to help investigate and resolve delivery issues whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
• Contact us within  48 hours  of delivery.
• Include your order number and photos for faster resolution.

Our team will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, products within the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment logistics.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a  30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with all original packaging, tags (if applicable), and proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, Glowrify Beauty will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help evaluate the issue.

2. Change of Mind Returns

For returns due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, personal care goods such as beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. Once the original safety seal has been broken or the product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items and gift cards.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@glowrifybeauty.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, contact our support team at support@glowrifybeauty.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you prefer, you may also return the item for a refund and place a new order separately

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
