Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

• Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST are processed on the next business day

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–12 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8–14 business days from order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

  • Flat Standard Shipping Fee: $4.99 on all orders

Shipping Locations

Glowrify Beauty currently ships only within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation & Responsibility

An order is considered fulfilled once it has been handed over to the carrier and tracking information has been issued.

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays after shipment, but we will always assist you in resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Glowrify Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, or once the order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
