How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Customer Responsibility
For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size/style selected), customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
No Restocking Fees
Glowrify Beauty does not charge any restocking fees or hidden administrative charges for returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
In these specific cases, Glowrify Beauty will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Refund Processing Time
After your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the funds to your account.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, cancellation requests are no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed.
